Here is a sneak preview screen of the new DICOM Medical image viewer, which will be added as a new feature to one of our existing applications very soon. It's a very nice interface with some industry specific tools & features like tonal colour filtering and drawing tools. Nice work team TSM :)

The North East Chamber of Commerce has launched a new website to help young people find jobs.

The North East Chamber of Commerce's new online application process makes it simpler for youngsters to apply for vacancies in a range of business disciplines such as business administration, accountancy, engineering and dental nursing.

NECC currently supports around 1,000 youngsters a year through the apprenticeship programme and was a major driving force behind the successful regional apprenticeship recruitment campaign, 100 Days: The Apprenticeship Challenge which recently concluded, helping to recruit over 2,500 apprentices across the region.

NECC Chief Executive, James Ramsbotham, said:

"Many youngsters are considering apprenticeships to be a favourable method for gaining further qualifications and skills and, in an effort to support those youngsters who have received their A-level results, NECC has launched a new apprenticeships website.

"The new site will provide them with the most up to date information on the courses available and an easy means of applying to become an apprentice.

"I would encourage anyone interested in finding out about apprenticeships as a career path to log on to the website to find out more information."

The new site can be accessed at: www.necctraining.co.uk
