Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any products purchased from TSM or your goods are damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. If the items have to be returned they must be packaged well to prevent damage. Once the product is received and evaluated for marks or damage, a full refund can be processed. Delivery costs of any returns is the purchaser's responsibility.

We will always try to deliver within our stated lead times. If for some reason beyond our control we are unable to deliver within these times, TSM will contact you immediately. Under these circumstances a refund will not automatically be given.

Payment

We do not collect or store any financial/credit card information on our site. All credit card payments are made through the Paypal gateway for your added protection.

PayPal provide the most up to date security of financial information and fraud protection and are world leaders in this field. It is the sole responsibility of PayPal to protect this information.

Delivery

All delivery charges are calculated by weight and charged at cost. We currently use Interlink Express & City Link.
