Flash video not showing - Windows solution

One of our clients was recently having problems with flash video files suddenly not showing in any web pages, including on YouTube.

After looking into it for them, it would seem that a recent Windows update had caused the problem to suddenly appear. If you uninstall the flash player plugin using "Add or Remove Programs" in the Windows control panel and re-install the Flash plugin from Adobe, it doesn't fix the problem.

This is because it doesn't remove everything and you end up back where you started.

Windows Solution:
You have to use a little program from Adobe to uninstall the Flash player plugin first, then install it again. You can download this program below. I hope this helps someone else.
