Supply us with your artwork which must be to our specifications as stated in our Artwork Spec Sheet and we will print the design directly to the disk surface using the highest quality full colour Digital thermal print.
For quantities of 1000 units and above we use Offset-Litho CMYK Printing, or Silk-Screen for Pantone Colour Match Printing.

With extensive data verification and copy compare functions we can check the duplicated disks against your original master, any faulty media is automatically rejected.

On quantities of 1000+ the most cost effective way to produce them is to press them from a glass master. This product is the same as a CD or DVD you would buy from any high street store. Print methods are silk screen or litho depending on your artwork.
When ordering large quantities of optical media we realise that it is important to have confidence in both the quality of the products and also in the supplier. As a registered manufacturer with the MCPS we will advise you on any legal requirements that may apply to your product and also provide assistance when required in applying for an MCPS licence.
